Randaberg Group requires an active commitment to HSEQ from all participants in all activities.

Line Managers are responsible and accountable for ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.

We communicate openly on HSEQ issues and share with the stakeholders and management our experiences and knowledge of successful HSEQ initiatives.

International standards

Randaberg Group's HSEQ Manual regulates and sets the standards for all our activities.

The manual is based on the requirements of Internkontrollforskriften (Norwegian Regulation for Internal Control) and relevant international standards, and provides the overall guidelines for managing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality in Randaberg Group.

The company's HSE management system is approved and certified in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007 and NS-EN ISO 14001:2004.

Methods of management and control of critical and quality related activities are established by documented procedures, instructions, guidelines and other controlling documents approved by relevant department managers.

Project managers establish HSE plans for the individual projects and their specific requirements.

Quality Assurance

The company's quality management system is approved and certified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001:2008 and NS-EN ISO 3834-2.

Project managers establish quality plans for the individual projects and their specific requirements.

Policy implementation

Our HSEQ Manager oversees all HSEQ matters. The HSEQ Manager reports to the Managing Director, and establishes procedures and guiding principles necessary to carry out the Company HSEQ Policy.

We have established routines for self-evaluation and audit programmes to monitor our compliance with the HSEQ Policy. An audit report is annually presented to the Randaberg Group's Board.

HSE Policy

Safety includes all actions protecting health, safety, environment and products, as well as the company's and our clients' property.

Management commitment goes hand in hand with employee participation. We strive to organise the HSE work in a way that conveys the importance of good practices and mental awareness in this area and allows for sound internal communication to maintain safety through all stages of our production.

Quality Policy

Randaberg Group's overall quality policy is to manufacture and deliver the correct products in the right qualities at the agreed time and cost.

The objectives shall be achieved by planning and controlling activities in accordance with the requirements of NS-EN ISO 9001 and the Regulation for Internal Control.

As a basic principle in our quality policy, we seek continual improvement in all areas that may influence quality, safety, reliability, efficiency and economy, both for the Randaberg Group and for our business associates.

Compliance with relevant legislation

The Company standards are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations and adjusted if necessary in new areas of operation.

Risk Management

The Company will strive to minimise the impact of any foreseeable hazard that may endanger health, safety or environment, or could affect the quality of the products and services we provide. This will be achieved through formal risk assessments as required per company policies and procedures.

Training

The Company is committed to provide training as appropriate for the individual to perform his or her duties and responsibilities in the best possible way – always including HSEQ training.
